What to expect
Simple access
Use the access code or link your instructor gave you. Starting a session uses one of the code’s uses.
Your browser
Use an up-to-date Chrome, Edge or Safari on a laptop or desktop. No download needed.
Microphone
Most simulations use your voice. Allow microphone access when asked, and use a quiet room or headset.
Privacy
Your conversation transcript and results are shared with your instructor for feedback and assessment.
Feedback
After the session you receive rubric-linked feedback with examples from your conversation.
Practice again
Practice repeatedly when enabled by your instructor.
Before you start
- Check your internet connection is stable.
- Close other apps that may be using your microphone.
- Read the scenario brief so you know your role and goals.
- If something goes wrong technically, use the report-a-problem option and tell your instructor.
